A Christian 'dare-devil' Lawyer?

Hi All,

My lawyer, Mark Handelman, told me a story.
He could count on one hand the amount of people in a position similar to mine, and he has extensive experience in this field, that actually made it to the Superior Court of Justice with their appeals.

He told me of one such woman, who had a diagnosis of schizophrenia.
She ended up becoming a lawyer.

He said one day, he might give me her contact information.

Maybe the process left such an impact on her, she decided on a completely new career path. What an honour and a privilege it would to be able to speak with her some day.

Well, let me tell you first, I have picked out my first two courses to study at Carleton this fall.

If the CCB and my lawyer are correct and I will be indefinitely detained (but I don't end up dying before then), I intend to study Philosophy at Carleton (first as a special student). God willing, I will study year round to complete my degree as soon as possible (but I will need passes to go to in-person classes, once there are no more classes I can take for the program online. This must be arranged with Dr. Rogers and (Client & Family Relations Team Manager). Unless somehow, some way I can do distance education for the whole degree).

Then, if by God's grace I am able to do that, I will try to get into a law school that is not affiliated with the occult.

Wouldn't it be cool if there was a real life Christian 'dare-devil' lawyer, not a Catholic cartoon one.

Then, instead of accounting and tax advice like the character Andy from Shawshank Redemption, I could give my fellow psychiatric prisoners (possibly all still MK ULTRA slaves here at The Royal) ethical and sound legal advice, provided I pass the bar exam.

Maybe I could celebrate with a pint or two at 'The Honest Lawyer' in the By-Ward market. Hopefully, Dr. Rogers wouldn't restrict me to unit again if I did.

Then again, who knows what will happen.
I don't even know what I am having for lunch today, despite the schedule being on the wall.

Have a lovely day!

P.S. Dr. Rogers, please remind me to speak with (name) the dietitian (or forward her this email) about getting an egg for breakfast with a packet of miracle whip (I think getting Hellmann's would be a 'pipe dream') each day. I need protein as part of a balanced breakfast. (name) was kind enough to get me tomato juice for my lunches and suppers (I call them 'bloody Stevens', with a 'v'), perhaps she will be kind enough to get me an egg for breakfast.

UPDATE: Spoke with (name). She is looking into getting me a hardboiled egg and some miracle whip so I may get my protein in the morning! (June 25th, 2025 @ ~13:20)

P.P.S. My enemies couldn't beat the empathy or the sense of humour out of me. Praise. The. LORD! Lets see if I have enough brain cells remaining, after all of the abuse, to go to university. Praise the LORD for neuroplasticity, and that my Abba, Christ Jesus, and the Holy Spirit answer my prayers (I am their child, servant and friend, and temple, after all - respectively).

Luke 18:1-8

The Parable of the Persistent Widow

18 Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up. 2 He said: “In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared what people thought. 3 And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, ‘Grant me justice against my adversary.’

4 “For some time he refused. But finally he said to himself, ‘Even though I don’t fear God or care what people think, 5 yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won’t eventually come and attack me!’”

6 And the Lord said, “Listen to what the unjust judge says. 7 And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? 8 I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?”
