An e-mail to a former psychologist of mine (Seeking a Second Opinion)

Hi,

My name is Steven Reynen. When I was a patient of (name) I was going (legally) by Leonard Reynen.

I have legally changed my name back to my birth name Steven Reynen.

I was formerly a MK ULTRA slave, but am now a born again Christian (saved by grace through the gift of faith in 2019).

I am presently an involuntary patient (form 4) at The Royal, and declared mentally incapable (form 33) and in the process of appealing both forms (and also appealing a Form D, which is challenging the legitimacy  of the advance directive I wrote on July 7th, 2024).

The logo for The Royal is a monarch butterfly (another name for MK ULTRA slavery is Project Monarch, also known as Trauma Based Mind Control).

My in patient and out patient doctors are adamant I have a diagnosis of schizoaffective, but they can't agree about whether I also have GAD and ADHD.

I would like a second opinion from a reputable psychologist that would be willing to officially provide their opinion to me, and consent to me sharing it when I represent myself at the Superior Court of Justice.

I have enough money to pay for a few hours in order to get this second opinion at present. I am on ODSP getting $149 a month, but I am also getting OSAP and will be under UHIP from Carleton University.

(I am finally going back to school for Philosophy (name). I intend to become a lawyer and help people like me that were once MK ULTRA slaves but have accepted Christ and are now wrestling with the Mental Health Act and the Health Care Consent Act).

If you are willing to help me, I would appreciate it so very much.

If you are unwilling to, for any reason, and I don't want you to feel either compelled or impelled, a suggestion to a reputable psychologist would be greatly appreciated.
