An email I sent to the Canadian Mental Health Association on March 4th, 2025

Hi CMHA Ottawa,

This is Steven Reynen, formerly Leonard Reynen, looking for closure regard
ing the complaint I made regarding my former social worker deanne bass. Her and I were client / social worker for years and ultimately were 'dating'
(she abused her power over me) and were sleeping together at her home and mine.

Please advise so I can leave this issue behind me.

Presently a patient at mood and crisis at the royal.

This was my social worker and MK ULTRA handler for years.

I reported Deanne Bass to Dr. Baines and other staff at The Royal years ago (and to CMHA) after it came to my attention not only was she doing this to me, but she was also grooming another client of hers whom I also had sexual relations with.

That client of hers is also an outpatient of The Royal, and I hope she doesn't end up an inpatient on Schizophrenia North while I am here.

Dr. Baines and the other staff at The Royal tried to report Deanne to the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, but she wasn't working.

After I reported her to CMHA she stopped showing up to work, and I didn't get closure regarding whether she was still working there (and likely still abusing her clients) until after the e-mail I sent on March 4th, 2025.

I forgive Deanne Bass any trespass and want her to accept Christ so she can be my sister in Christ forever.

Let Deanne Bass' actions and consequences serve as a warning to any mental health staff abusing their patients in any way shape or form.

It isn't right to take advantage of your clients. Especially when they cannot even think for themselves because they are on pharmakeia.
