Another instance of abuse at the hands of the nurse wearing the cross at The Royal - All the sections of the Charter that are violated/infringed upon DAILY (not necessarily EVERY DAY)

The nurse (she is the one that wears a cross and says shes not my sister, but a nurse) that gaslit (this was what Satan did to Eve in the Garden of Eden) me yesterday (who I reported to Vicky the manager) told me because I didn't put my headphones on quickly enough

has taken away my privileges of going on walks and going to the courtyard. I need exercise for my mental health. On a surface level, @TheRoyalMHC is still one of Canada's leading mental health centres.
I told her I don't want to interact with my abuser.

What do I do now?
The staff all ignore my cries for help.
