Are WLG Lawyers OFFICIALLY encouraging Dr. Rogers to Obstruct Justice in my Appeal? (Official E-mail)
Hi Emily and Brooke,
Dr. Rogers is currently abstaining from allowing me to go to the Ottawa Courthouse (although she indicated she may assign an orderly to take me there on a day pass as she does not want to further obstruct justice) because she says she has been instructed by you that you intend to inform me of an alternative way to get a fee waiver notarized despite the predicament I find myself in (I cannot conceive of one that exists).
I will wait patiently, but please know that if she doesn’t let me go, and an alternative isn’t presented by the 30 day cut off, with sufficient time for me to submit the required documents including the required fee waiver form, my appeal will have been blocked by her actions supported by your official legal counsel.
There is a reason fee waiver forms exist, and they are for my exact circumstance.
This would be a provable instance of obstruction of justice.
I am posting this publicly and including the management at WLG’s Ottawa location in this email.
Please respond in a timely manner Emily and/or Brooke.
Regards,
Steven Reynen

Hello Mr. Reynen,
We understand that you are seeking to have a fee waiver form commissioned by a lawyer. We are in the process of determining the best way to ensure that can happen. I expect we will be back to you in writing before the end of this week.

Hi Brooke Smith,
Why are opposing counsel determining this? Don’t I have the right to go to the courthouse and get it done for free?
Thank you though for your timely response.
Regards,
Steven Reynen
Hello Mr. Reynen,
We were liaising with the hospital to determine if there was a better/ more efficient way for you to have your fee waiver form commissioned, but we now understand it has been determined that an orderly can be arranged to accompany you to the courthouse. Dr. Rogers/ the treatment team will be in touch with you about when that can be done.
Regards,
Steven

I have written a pass for you to go to the Courthouse Friday between 8-12 with an orderly.

Praise the LORD!
