Staff acting really casual about what's happening in my scrotum

Told many of the nurses and orderlies what was happening in my scrotum. Showed it to two nurses, even. Around supper time.
They say the doctor will come by tomorrow to look at it.
I hope her eyebrows grow back.

Emailed to my out-patient doctor (Dr. Baines) whose care I was under during the last stay I had at The Royal where I was forced
Talked to the nurses / social worker / and unit manager about, and emailed the covering in-patient doctor, and Dr. Rogers these questions.
Can I have privileges to go on grounds? (If NO, why?)
(If NO) Can I have privileges to go to the Schizophrenia North courtyard by myself (it is enclosed and has a security camera) (If NO, why?)
Can I get an orderly to take me to Service Ontario? I need
