Complaint Issued to the Ontario Ombudsman about the CCB

The Consent and Capacity Board is supporting my in-patient psychiatrist Dr. Rogers,
and my out-patient psychiatrist Dr. Baines in walking me to suicide. I do not want to
commit suicide, but because of my experiences with pharmakeia, and my deeply
held Christian beliefs, I would rather die than take the alleged medications any more.
I will be left with no choice if the appeal process of the decisions made by the
Consent and Capacity Board are upheld by the Superior Court of Justice, and
ultimately the Supreme Court of Canada (if it need go that far).

Please help me, I do not want to commit suicide.

I am doing everything I can as a lawful Christian Canadian citizen to stop Dr. Rogers
and the Consent and Capacity board from putting me in a position where suicide
would be my only recourse.
