I am thirst striking. I will have to be forced to hydrated or 100% free will violated to drink.
If I am, there is the explicit threat it will be done again if I thirst strike or hunger strike, I am not a masochist and I may as well try and enjoy my torturous life sentence as much as possible
If they treat me again with a long acting (torture since it is against my religion) if I am discharged I will drown myself behind Parkin to show my enemies torturing and luring me into sin how serious it is what they did to me
I am not going to the hearing. I have zero confidence in the Canadian legal system.

Once I am a lifer I hope I get grounds privileges, I won’t run away and the police would stop me before parliament anyway and I really enjoy the fresh air and cigarettes/pipe tobacco.
