If someone could please let the Honourable Judge Kevin B. Philips know that referring to my arguments as 'slavish' in his quickly rendered decision today, which upheld the decision of the Consent and Capacity Board (and I had to look up the definition for that word) left a MAJOR impression. Especially as a former MK ULTRA Human Slave.

I now am going to give my VERY BEST in designing my Factum for the upcoming appeal of his decision to the Honourable Ontario Court of Appeals, where I will also address the erroneous claim he made within his decision that I bashed my head against walls, which was based off some of the erroneous claims made by opposing counsel during their arguments which included that I was VIOLENT.

I will be citing Section 2a (Romans 14:23), 2b (Having differing opinions and beliefs than that of a psychiatrist doesn't make one delusional), 7 (their treatment harms and kills me, and this is recognized by the doctors on record, officially by the Canadian government and in official legal warnings made by the manufacturers of the pharmakeia), 12 (state-backed torture, as forcing a substance against someone's religion is international recognized as such), and 15 (discrimination based on my religion) in my corresponding constitutional question (no longer Sections 8, 9 and 20 - as those pertain to my involuntary patient status, and I dare not appeal that decision at present for the reasons I provided in my oral arguments) and providing a comprehensive and logically sound set of arguments to the best of my capability, despite the fact that I have no formal training as a lawyer. I will make the presentation of which as consistent as possible with other factums that I have researched. I may even ultimately write a program in Prolog to help the Ontario Court of Appeals see why it would be illogical to uphold his decision, and if permitted, use it in demonstrating my arguments.

I think the fact that Romans 14:23 has never once been cited, according to my searches for corresponding case law in either America or Canada, in any Court indicates that it is an original argument. Perhaps I just needed the motivation to better articulate it in a fashion consistent with what the Courts are accustomed to.

Furthermore, while Section 20 of the Charter may not have been designed with this intent, I feel the fact that my argument would have consisted of the well documented fact (confirmed by Canada Post) that my communication (either in English OR French) from the Canadian Government was being interfered with by The Royal was indeed original.

I think this new motivation will contribute in helping me overcome the hurdles presented both by my trying circumstances and my ADHD. It will help me focus, and truly apply myself. Not only for my sake, but for the sake of my brothers and sisters in Christ. Perhaps also MK ULTRA "Slavish" slaves, who are human beings made in God's image, who are drugged and unable to properly defend themselves in the system of state sponsored oppression that they find themselves in, or anyone else, even possibly powerful people, who Canada might deem a threat or undesirable.

Perhaps my oral argument were not indicative of having been set free by Christ, and not scathing enough of Canada's role in my torture and the systematic murder and oppression of it's citizens with pharmakeia. Maybe I did not adequately explain why if this case is not dealt with properly, and Canada gets away with it, my brothers and sisters in Christ could be openly called delusional for their religious beliefs, and then drugged and detained, while their physical and mental health are destroyed by the treatment, well before the rise of the Anti-Christ.

I pray, should my appeal be heard by the Ontario Court of Appeals, and ultimately they too uphold the decision, my leave for appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada should prove fruitful. If at any point my appeal of the decisions already rendered by the Canadian Government is blocked, I will then have exhausted every domestic legal recourse and can apply to the United Nations for help, of which Canada is a Member State.
