Documentation: Staff (or I) lost the key to the secured cubby (an email to the unit manager)

Rationale as to why I publically document

Hi Natania (Schizophrenia North Unit Manager),

I believe (nurse) emailed you about this, but I would appreciate if you ordered not one, but two keys for my secured cubby in the event staff or I misplace the key that was lost this week.

I need access to the cubby urgently for part of my ongoing appeals.
