Dr. Rogers, and by extension The Royal and Canada violated my religious freedoms and rights again today! AN UPDATE!
She did it again, and by extension so did The Royal and Canada.
Hi all,
Just met with Dr. Rogers on a 'Steven-free day'
She says she will not permit me to go to the Ottawa Courthouse.
That she spoke with her lawyers and that this isn't illegal. (I doubt this).
By not permitting me to go to the Ottawa Courthouse to get a document notarized she is violating my right to self represent and get a fair trial which is a Constitutional right of all Canadian citizens (and even though I am a Christian I am still a Canadian citizen).
She says I do not have this right because she put me on a Form 7, and I am "certified". I don't see how this even follows.
I told her even if I am involuntary and have been declared mentally incapable of consenting to treatment I still have the right to self represent and a fair trial (see R.C. v Dr. Klukach as an example).

How many times will Canada and The Royal and Dr. Rogers violate my freedoms and rights which I have because I am a Canadian citizen, even though I am a Christian?
She also will not let me leave the unit unsupervised because she says I am "disruptive" although she agrees I am non violent and not suicidal. Exercise and fresh air is good for one's mental health and on a surface level, The Royal is still one of Canada's leading mental health centres.
Something must be done about this.
Does it have to do with the Form 7a I have already submitted to the Small Claims Court and need printed by one of her staff (the covering unit social worker Sherie Leroux? I have CC'd her with the e-mail she provided me) and notarized by someone at the Ottawa Courthouse in order to continue with this? I need other fee waiver forms printed, affirmed and notarized, as well as with my other appeals that are either before the CCB or before the SCJ?
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for justice, for they will be satisfied. And, Scripture cannot be broken.
I reminded her that I loved her, and that Jesus loves her and that she is hurting me.
She just chose to walk away.
It breaks my tender heart each time.
God have mercy on Dr. Rogers for she knows not what she does.
