Dr. Rogers says there is a Case Conference Today with the Ontario Court of Appeals - I have received no official communication about this (an email)

Dr. Tabitha Rogers informed me there was a case conference today and that I was appointed a lawyer even though I am self-representing (and I am adamant about this). However, she lies to me often, so I am unsure whether or not this is indeed the case.
A staff member (my nurse) told me that it is scheduled for 11, but I do not have any information about this.
Could someone please confirm whether or not there is indeed a case conference and if so, what the information is so I can attend.
I would like to contact this supposed lawyer so I can inform them I am self representing.

I just got an email from Dr. Rogers who forwarded an email from the CCB (they did not include me).

Contrary to what Dr. Rogers told me yesterday this is about a matter with the CCB and not about my appeal to the Ontario Court of Appeals.
