If you side with Dr. Tabitha Rogers, you are reaffirming that Canada forgot God, and that Canada is lawless. It did not take long after the decision made by Ontario’s Consent and Capacity Board (CCB) agreed with Dr. Rogers that it is delusional to have standard Christian Beliefs for Ontario’s Superior Court of Justice (SCJ) to block my appeal of the CCB’s decision. Once a nation forgets God, abandoning the rule of law is bound to follow.
The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms is the first part of The Constitution, the highest law in Canada. It’s first line states:
Whereas Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of law:
That is referring to my Abba, Christ Jesus, and the Holy, Holy, Holy, Holy Spirit. God Almighty Himself, who is all-powerful, all-knowing, everywhere, eternal, and perfect: the maker of all things.
Please allow me to explain why siding with Dr. Rogers would be treating this matter as if it were a game, and I will begin by reading the entirety of Psalm 9.
Psalm 9
For the choir director: A psalm of David, to be sung to the tune “Death of the Son.”
1 I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart;
I will tell of all the marvelous things you have done.
2 I will be filled with joy because of you.
I will sing praises to your name, O Most High.

from your throne you have judged with fairness.
5 You have rebuked the nations and destroyed the wicked;

Tell the world about his unforgettable deeds.

14 Save me so I can praise you publicly at Jerusalem’s gates,
so I can rejoice that you have rescued me.
15 The nations have fallen into the pit they dug for others.
Their own feet have been caught in the trap they set.
16 The Lord is known for his justice.
The wicked are trapped by their own deeds. Quiet Interlude[b]

This is the fate of all the nations who ignore God.
18 But the needy will not be ignored forever;
the hopes of the poor will not always be crushed.
19 Arise, O Lord!
Do not let mere mortals defy you!
Judge the nations!

Let the nations know they are merely human. Interlude
Please note, I tried contacting the current Pope, Pope LEO XIV, the leader of Babylon, for his stance on certain issues as they pertain to pharmakeia. I have yet to successfully get my letter to him, although Dr. Labelle of The Royal assures me he will bring my letter with him when he visits Italy in two weeks time.
If Canada gets away with forcing their pharmakeia upon me, again, I have no doubt they will do so to my brothers and sisters in Christ.
If it is the last thing I do, and I won’t swear an oath but I give my word, if may appeal of your decision is blocked at any point, or should the Supreme Court of Canada side against me, and I am treated again against my free will with a substance I consider to be sin by state-backed actors, (especially given my clear, applicable wish, made while I was capable), and they force feed and hydrate me (Dr. Rogers and Dr. Labelle have threatened to do just this) to keep me alive despite my peaceful protest of hunger and thirst striking, only so they can harm me with their pharmakeia (the fact that the last time the Canadian Government forced their pharmakeia upon me, my in-patient and out-patient psychiatrist Dr. Alexandra Baines was encouraging a romantic and sexual relationship, under the influence of drugs, with another in-patient of hers a self-identifying Pagan Witch. I also then gained 250 pounds, developed prediabetes, and developed an Enlarged Heart, all three conditions being well known side effects of the pharmakeia Clozapine, which was killing me) and somehow I am ever discharged, unless I am 100% free will violated every waking moment, I will then protest behind Parliament Hill in the Ottawa River by drowning myself with a heavy object secured around my neck in order to demonstrate the gravity of the situation.
Luke 17:1-3
17 One day Jesus said to his disciples, “There will always be temptations to sin, but what sorrow awaits the person who does the tempting! 2 It would be better to be thrown into the sea with a millstone hung around your neck than to cause one of these little ones to fall into sin. 3 So watch yourselves!
“If another believer[a] sins, rebuke that person; then if there is repentance, forgive.
Canada has been getting away with systematic oppression and murder of its citizens with pharmakeia for far too long.
By God’s grace, because I am a Christian, I need not fear pain or death. Sin however, is a very serious matter, and should you rule in Dr. Rogers favour, your Honour, you will be joining Dr. Rogers, The Royal, Canada, and Babylon in luring me into sin by double-bind.
Even in the event I am exiled to a foreign nation, if and only if the decision of the CCB is ultimately upheld and pharmacies is forced upon me, I will have to be 100% free will violated from attempting to fly back to Canada every single day and drown myself behind Parliament Hill. In the event that Canada officially closes its borders to me, I will get to a body of water, if not the ocean itself, and drown myself there (at this point I would have a long-acting injectable, sin, coursing through my veins).
Drowning is no laughing matter, your Honour. If you side with Dr. Rogers it would be BETTER to have a millstone tied around your neck and be thrown into the ocean than it would be to have lured me into sin.
I will be glorified.
But if you die rejecting Christ, and I pray that you don’t, you will ultimately end up in hell, looking up, before you join the Devil, whom Dr. Rogers twice said she dances with on October 3, 2025, in the lake of fire and brimstone suffering eternal torment.
And if that doesn’t bother you, you (and by extension Canada) would be openly engaged in a blatant human rights violation and an instance of internationally recognized war crime, as force-feeding is torture, that would be provable beyond a reasonable doubt.
Revelation 6
The Lamb Breaks the First Six Seals
6 As I watched, the Lamb broke the first of the seven seals on the scroll.[a] Then I heard one of the four living beings say with a voice like thunder, “Come!” 2 I looked up and saw a white horse standing there. Its rider carried a bow, and a crown was placed on his head. He rode out to win many battles and gain the victory.
3 When the Lamb broke the second seal, I heard the second living being say, “Come!” 4 Then another horse appeared, a red one. Its rider was given a mighty sword and the authority to take peace from the earth. And there was war and slaughter everywhere.
5 When the Lamb broke the third seal, I heard the third living being say, “Come!” I looked up and saw a black horse, and its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. 6 And I heard a voice from among the four living beings say, “A loaf of wheat bread or three loaves of barley will cost a day’s pay.[b] And don’t waste[c] the olive oil and wine.”
7 When the Lamb broke the fourth seal, I heard the fourth living being say, “Come!” 8 I looked up and saw a horse whose color was pale green. Its rider was named Death, and his companion was the Grave.[d] These two were given authority over one-fourth of the earth, to kill with the sword and famine and disease[e] and wild animals.
9 When the Lamb broke the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of all who had been martyred for the word of God and for being faithful in their testimony. 10 They shouted to the Lord and said, “O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before you judge the people who belong to this world and avenge our blood for what they have done to us?” 11 Then a white robe was given to each of them. And they were told to rest a little longer until the full number of their brothers and sisters[f]—their fellow servants of Jesus who were to be martyred—had joined them.
12 I watched as the Lamb broke the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake. The sun became as dark as black cloth, and the moon became as red as blood. 13 Then the stars of the sky fell to the earth like green figs falling from a tree shaken by a strong wind. 14 The sky was rolled up like a scroll, and all of the mountains and islands were moved from their places.
15 Then everyone—the kings of the earth, the rulers, the generals, the wealthy, the powerful, and every slave and free person—all hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains. 16 And they cried to the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of the one who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb. 17 For the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to survive?”
I, like the rest of my brothers and sisters in Christ, whose blood has and will be spilled, will be calling out to God to avenge us, once we are resting in white robes.
Given the logical arguments contained within my facts and my constitutional question, how is it even conceivable that it is in my best interest, should you decide that my wish, which was made while I was capable and describes these exact circumstances, for you (and by extension Canada) to uphold the decision made by the CCB, and thereby force me to submit to something I know is worse sin than even suicide, which is how me being forcibly ‘treated’ will end by double-bind.
And, if Dr. Rogers, The Royal, Canada, and Babylon, are successful in doing this to me, a:

O, Canada. Do NOT do this to the rest of my family, I am warning you.
P.S. It would be better for Canada to have me charged and convicted of an offence, allowed to flee, be exiled, executed or to rule in my favour (none of those options are luring me into sin), than to leave me with the double-bind that follows in ruling in Dr. Rogers favour, if my further attempts to appeal are blocked, or ultimately the decision made by the CCB is upheld, even by the Supreme Court of Canada.
Here is the double-bind:
Being forced to submit to something that is sin, which will also harm me, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Committing suicide, which is sin, in order to attempt to either avoid entirely, or put an end to being ‘treated’.
Attempting to flee, without the permission of the nation-state oppressing me, which is sin, and does not avoid being forced to submit to something that is sin.
Attempting to resist with violence, which is sin, and since it is being enforced by a nation-state, it would be futile and still result in being forced to submit to something that is sin.
Because I have no confidence in the Courts, as a result of their own actions in blocking one of my appeals, I will start thirst striking in addition to hunger striking (which I have been since October 1, 2025) in the event you side with Dr. Rogers. I will only stop my thirst strike once I an know that my appeal to the Court of Appeals has not been blocked (I have a 30 day window to die by thirst strike before it would become legal to ‘treat’ me).
I will not end my hunger strike until I know that I am not at immediate risk of being legally (at present, even though it is unconstitutional) injected with pharmakeia, and I have grounds privileges while I carry out the remainder of my involuntary stay for which I have abandoned the appeal (while I would like to be discharged as soon as possible, I will not fight this. Dr. Rogers or whomever my psychiatrist ends up being can make the decision when they feel it is appropriate, for whatever reason).
I greatly miss being able to walk around outside, and enjoy the fresh air and marvel at the little things my Abba, Christ Jesus, and the Holy Spirit do. I also thoroughly enjoy my tobacco, specifically cigarettes and pipe tobacco, and I do so to the thanks, praise, and glory of God.
O Canada, I am warning you, please do not do this to the rest of my family that lives in this nation that has forgotten God.Respect for Authority
Romans 13
13 Everyone must submit to governing authorities. For all authority comes from God, and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God. 2 So anyone who rebels against authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and they will be punished. 3 For the authorities do not strike fear in people who are doing right, but in those who are doing wrong. Would you like to live without fear of the authorities? Do what is right, and they will honor you. 4 The authorities are God’s servants, sent for your good. But if you are doing wrong, of course you should be afraid, for they have the power to punish you. They are God’s servants, sent for the very purpose of punishing those who do what is wrong. 5 So you must submit to them, not only to avoid punishment, but also to keep a clear conscience.
6 Pay your taxes, too, for these same reasons. For government workers need to be paid. They are serving God in what they do. 7 Give to everyone what you owe them: Pay your taxes and government fees to those who collect them, and give respect and honor to those who are in authority.
Love Fulfills God’s Requirements
8 Owe nothing to anyone—except for your obligation to love one another. If you love your neighbor, you will fulfill the requirements of God’s law. 9 For the commandments say, “You must not commit adultery. You must not murder. You must not steal. You must not covet.”[a] These—and other such commandments—are summed up in this one commandment: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”[b] 10 Love does no wrong to others, so love fulfills the requirements of God’s law.
11 This is all the more urgent, for you know how late it is; time is running out. Wake up, for our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. 12 The night is almost gone; the day of salvation will soon be here. So remove your dark deeds like dirty clothes, and put on the shining armor of right living. 13 Because we belong to the day, we must live decent lives for all to see. Don’t participate in the darkness of wild parties and drunkenness, or in sexual promiscuity and immoral living, or in quarreling and jealousy. 14 Instead, clothe yourself with the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. And don’t let yourself think about ways to indulge your evil desires.
You answer to God, my Father through adoption, whom you have forgot, and I am to prioritize Him, and then my brothers and sisters, over even that of the governing authorities.
UPDATE:
You wouldn't remove a Jews ability to refuse eating something that isn't Kosher.
You wouldn't remove a Muslims ability to refuse eating something that is Haram.
That would be torture.
Nation-states do this in black sites, and prisons like Guantanamo Bay.
Would they be doing it out in the open, in one of Canada's leading mental health centres?
Please do not force me, or my brothers and sisters in Christ to submit to something that is SIN (psychotropics), that is just going to harm me anyway (physically, mentally, and spiritually).

If a Doctor determines you are incapable of making treatment decisions (crazy) - and the Consent and Capacity Board agrees psychiatry is as much of an art as a science - they can even DRUG you pending the appeal.
How do you defend yourself then?
