How did I end up at The Royal? + Dr. Rogers and the Document I gave her upon her return
Not a rhetorical question, please read this.
I don't understand the legal mechanism whereby I was transferred here.
I told Dr. Bardell (my inpatient psychiatrist at The Civic) that I considered pharmakeia to be sin (this is reflected in my official records with the Consent and Capacity Board).
I had my advance directive mounted to my door at The Civic.
I instructed her to seek legal counsel.
I was still repeatedly injected at The Civic despite this, and once before being transferred to The Royal by ambulance (at The Royal's insistence according to the staff at The Civic. I told staff repeatedly upon admission in Mood & Crisis, in February of 2025, about the advance directive, and then I was still injected again on March 11th, 2025).
They day before I was transferred, three staff from The Royal showed up at The Civic (I believe. I was drugged on pharmakeia at this point but I can vaguely recall the event still).
A patient I knew from the Royal's Royal Ottawa Place had been admitted there, and was talking to me about The Royal.
I told staff at The Civic, and my parents repeatedly that I did not want to be transferred here, that they would "have to force me" to go to The Royal.
And yet, here I am.
So the question is: What legal mechanism allowed them to transfer me to The Royal, despite my insistence on not wanting to be admitted here.
P.S. I will not being seeking charges against Dr. Bardell, Dr. Haung, and Dr. Rostom for medical battery, nor will I be pursuing a civil claim against The Civic and The Royal for a minimum of personal injury at the Superior Court of Justice. I have also dropped all of my complaints to the CPSO against all seven psychiatrists directly involved in this chain of events. I have stopped all action against the three police officers I reported to LECA.
P.P.S. I maintain the right to file a separate complaint against Dr. Rogers for very specific recent actions, as well as a civil claim at the Superior Court of Justice for personal injury, should she, and The Royal's legal team or Client & Family Relations Team not better respond to the unethical and illegal treatment I have been receiving, that has once again escalated recently, despite my efforts to be a peacemaker.

Just because I am keeping Dr. Rogers accountable for her actions, does she have the right to treat me as anything less than a human being, even though I am a Christian, and she has thrown up the 666 hand gesture and told me that her current body is her glorified body.
Don't forget, I am still a Canadian citizen! One that loves his nation, even though he does not like the Mental Health Act and the Health Care Consent Act.
I love Dr. Rogers and still maintain hope that she will be my sister in Christ forever.
