How my Appeal to the Court of Appeals will be blocked, should the JUDGE continue to refuse to intervene, and rule in Dr. Tabitha Rogers' favour

Hi all,

If the judge rules against me after the hearing on October 17, 2025 I will want to appeal it to the Court of Appeals.

I have confirmed with Pro Bono Ontario that I would have this right.

I would need to ensure that a:
Fee Waiver Form
Notice of Appeal
Appellant Certificate Respecting Evidence 
Affidavit of Service

are filed with the Court of Appeals.

The problem is that Dr. Tabitha Rogers has obstructed justice by repeatedly prohibiting me from going to the Ottawa Courthouse and has prevented me from going to Service Ontario to replace my Drivers License stolen on this locked unit earlier in my involuntary hospitalization.

So after the judge rendered their decision she would likely obstruct justice once again preventing me from appealing the decision.

Unless the judge orders her to stop committing these crimes, of course.

Reasons like this are why I intend to hunger and water strike to death the decision of the judge should she rule in Dr. Rogers favour, the moment I receive it.

Dr. Rogers has the power to rescind the orders at any point and stop double binding me to hunger and water striking to death.

Canada is complicit in her hateful infringement of my numerous rights and freedoms and literal crimes.

She says I am crazy for standard Christian beliefs and won’t stop abusing me, and my cries for help for an urgent case conference with the judge have fallen on deaf ears.

If this results in me being double bound to ending my life (as it is a lesser sin than living having been forcibly injected with pharmakeia by the state which I cannot flee or fight as a Christian man) parties involved would have martyred me and my blood would be on their hands.

In doing this they would have lured me into sin via state backed double bind, and it would have been better to have a millstone tied around their neck and been thrown into the ocean than to have done that to me, a little one of Christ Jesus.

Address this issue please or I will die should the judge rule against me, and I will have done everything I can as a weak, helpless broken, and powerless man to prevent it.

Should this happen, I will pray that God has mercy on my enemies involved, but scripture cannot be broken and I will be resting in white robes calling out for my Abba, Christ Jesus, and the Holy Spirit (who alone are God: all powerful, all knowing, everywhere, perfect, eternal, maker of all things) to avenge my blood along with the rest of my brothers and sisters in Christ per Revelation 6.

I eagerly await the response from the Honourable Judge Michelle Flaherty.
