I intend to appeal the Forms 4, D, and 33 all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada if need be

Here is the e-mail I just sent to the Consent and Capacity Board, the Superior Court of Justice, Dr. Rogers, Legal Services at The Royal, and the Client & Family Relations Team Manager at The Royal:

To Whom it May Concern,

Even if my current lawyer writes a poor opinion letter to Legal Aid Ontario, and Legal Aid Ontario will not provide funds for help writing an appeal in my name only to the Superior Court of Justice, I want to let the parties involved know, officially, that I intend to appeal the matters of the Forms D, 4, and 33 all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada.

Please see the forwarded newsletter from my website below.

Dr. Rogers tried to get my substitute decision maker (a Public Guardian and Trustee, since I am on a Form 33) to support her in injecting me, pending the appeal of the Form D decision of the Consent and Capacity Board, but it was stopped.

I get to go through with the appeal process.

But, if ultimately the Supreme Court of Canada supports Dr. Rogers, I will have no choice but to take whatever pharmakeia they put in front of me in pill form, since I must submit to authority (I am a law abiding Canadian citizen, and a Christian).

Then, and only then, when I have the highest possible chance of succeeding, attempt to kill myself (likely denying I would do this, without lying, so I could get in a position where I could), since I consider suicide to be less of a sin than being on pharmakeia.

The situation looks bleak, but I am placing my confidence not in my capabilities but in my Abba, Christ Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.

No matter what comes, they will see me through. Jesus Christ, my Lord and Saviour, loves me that much!

Praise. The. LORD!
