Instructions to my Amicus Andrew Confente for the upcoming Form 51 Application to the CCB on Oct 31 via inbound phone call

Instructed him to present the arguments I emailed all parties and correctly utilize any binding case law.

Told him I will not be attending, and that I will be appealing the CCB’s decision and pointing out any errors in law or fact they use in response to his arguments as a self representbig appellant (should the Courts not once again block my appeal).

I was clear in my instruction and he acknowledged it.
