Investigator appointed by Regulating Body of Ontario Social Workers is looking into my report of Deanne Bass in 2019 to CMHA and The Royal (requesting records) - updated

Greetings,

I am formally requesting a copy of the email I sent CMHA and The Royal reporting the misconduct of Deanne Bass, including the attachments with evidence supporting my claims. (Texts/pictures/emails/details etc)

An investigator (cc’d) appointed by the College of Social workers has reached out to me in order for me to answer further questions and go over the notes made by CMHA.

Please let me know when this can be arranged, the sooner the better.
