Last update (God willing) on the situation with the wound on my scrotum

(Client & Family Relations Team Manager),

Spoke with (nurse) and (nurse), told them I cleaned the wound with the saline they provided. They said I can hold on to it, now.

Then I told them I put the gauze they gave me over the wound.

Then I asked if I could get hydrogen peroxide. They said no. It wasn't ordered.

Then I asked if they could ask an on call medical doctor.

For various reason they told me I should just do proper hygiene, use the saline, use the gauze and I had to wait til Dr. Shaw returned on Monday to get the hydrogen peroxide.

I am doing everything that I can as an involuntary patient (psychiatric prisoner) with no medical training to care for my wound.

I hope it doesn't get infected over the weekend.
