Letter to the CCB, my lawyer, Dr. Rogers, and legal services at The Royal

To Whom It May Concern,

If my lawyer (Mark Handelman) writes a poor opinion letter, he told me Legal Aid Ontario wont fund my appeal. I will need a lawyer from the Pro Bono Law Society, since I require a lawyer on a Form 33 (at least this is my understanding). I may also need to get a new lawyer for the matters I already have certificates from Legal Aid Ontario for, in his name (the Form 4 and D appeals).

I still intend to appeal all three forms until I am released without any pharmakeia, even if it proves difficult due to various barriers along the way.

I would like digital copies of all of the documents from my CCB hearings, please.

I expect The Royal (and Dr. Rogers specifically) to respect Canada's laws, and never inject me again, or otherwise force me to take pharmakeia until the appeal process has run its course. (If in the end it makes it to the Supreme Court of Canada, and they rule against me, I will have no choice but to take the pharmakeia in pill format and seek a means to end my life - I must respect authority, but I consider pharmakeia even greater sin than suicide).

If a code white is called on me, like it was at The Civic - I expect the staff at The Royal to take every possible measure to help me calm down (encourage me to take a bath, pace, pray, sing a hymn or two, remove myself from the situation, stop whatever patient or staff member is assaulting, threatening, or otherwise harassing me etc.). At present a letter on my door from their "MAR" binder says they must restrain me physically before "chemically restraining" me.If they can physically restrain me, there is no need for chemical restrains (and I don't see how it can even get this far, since I am non-violent, not suicidal, and even in stressful situations, by God's grace, I can calm down: self-control is a fruit of the Holy Spirit). Unless like at The Civic they do so without a good reason. 

My advance directive (see: reynen.ca/resources or https://drive.proton.me/urls/EZMRCGJXWR#zSueacB4VfnL) indicates that:

"I never, ever, wish to be put on any psychotropic medication (including anti-psychotics, anti-depressants, etc.) ever again. Under any circumstance."

I expect this to be respected until this matter is adequately resolved.I was drugged forcibly on day one at The Civic (physically then "chemically restrained" on camera) after I refused a Valium, and my last injection was on March 11th, 2025.

Even if my lawyer is correct, and I will be detained indefinitely should I not change my mind about pharmakeia (even though while I was mentally capable I made the expressed wish and accompanying rationale within my advance directive), I would rather be unethically detained for my religious beliefs and conscience than the alternative.

I have given up my legal rights, like my big brother in Christ Paul (writer of a lot of the New Testament). I will choose when to excise them. I will stand up for my religious beliefs, but I have zero intention now of pursuing any legal action aside from the aforementioned appeals.

I would rather die, than take pharmakeia, and I would like to be discharged as soon as possible, and move on with my life, be that:

Studying philosophy at Carleton (I would like to study online while an involuntary inpatient, if need be)
Driving a garbage truck
Being a Christian missionary in Africa
Getting married and having children (by some miracle)
Joining the Amish or the Mennonites

some combination thereof (they aren't mutually exclusive)

or doing whatever else my Abba, Christ Jesus, and the Holy Spirit have in store for me. I don't even know what I am having for breakfast once it is served here at The Royal.

I must take things day by day, placing my confidence in God to see me through.
