Here are my previous oral arguments which I used at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on October 17, 2025.
If my electronics are not confiscated or stolen again, I will continue to work on this factum to the best of my ability, given my ongoing no-touch torture, satanic ritual abuse, abuse by staff and patients, and remaining alternate personalities from childhood satanic ritual abuse.
In the accompanying Constitutional Challenge I intend to refer to Sections 2a, 2b, 7, 12, and 15 of The Charter.
I will be citing precidential case law (Like Starson v Swayze and Amselem v Synciate Northcrest) and doing my best to point out specific errors in law and fact and using appropriate legal jargon, even though I am not a lawyer and this is my first time self-representing.
There is no pertinent case law surrounding Form D and Form E Applications (Sections 35 and 36 of the Health Care Consent Act) yet.
While I intend to devise a factum and constitutional challenge, and possibility write a program in Prolog to assist in my argument, I intend to follow Mark 13:11 when I am before the Ontario Court of Appeals.
Should the Ontario Court of Appeals uphold the decision of the SCJ which upheld the decision of the CCB, God willing the Supreme Court of Canada will grant me a leave for appeal.
This is a very significant issue, and it is unprecedented.

If Dr. Rogers and The Royal and Canada are not stopped, it is quite likely they will openly and officially call Christians DELUSIONAL for their religious beliefs and then force treatment upon them (which is pharmakeia).
