Mark 10:18
8 Jesus said to him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good except God alone.
This is why I don't like it when people say that I am a 'good man', even if it is an expression. I don't know why they keep saying it, or what the intention of their heart is.
Only God is good. And I ain't him!
Lesson Number One: 'There is a God, and you aren't Him'.
Can you make all things? Are you either Christ Jesus, the Father, or the Holy Spirit? If no, then you aren't God.
Good things there is Lesson Number Two: God loves you.
John 3:16
16 For this is the way God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.
I am saved by grace through faith alone. A gift from God. To God be ALL the glory!
Christ Jesus' righteousness has been applied to my account. And I will be glorified!
