My Notice of Appeal to the Honourable and Respectable Superior Court of Justice for the Form A Hearing with the "Kangroo Court" CCB
Dr. Rogers told me just now that her legal counsel told her that I have not properly served my notice of appeal, and I did not provide notice to the CCB.
So I am writing this issue and sending it to them via email to clear matter up.
Oh, Dr. Rogers. I still love you. Cackles and all.
Side note: Is Dr. Tabitha Rogers a biblical sorcerer?
She does acknowledge that she walks like a "mob boss".
I should ask her if she is.
I wonder what she will say.

The Notice of Appeal I filed on August 28, 2025.
Or at least a copy of the one I have on OneDrive (I backed it up to my desktop).
The Royal makes me turn in my electronic each night and since they have physical access and had my password book, they have means, motive, and opportunity to access my emails, website, and impersonate me, etc. I am not asserting they have indeed done this, at present.
Remember, I am self representing, I am not a lawyer and there has been ongoing crimes including repeated assault of various kinds and obstruction of justice, just to name two, for which there is clear supporting evidence.
I have yet to hear a response from the Honourable and Respectable Ontario Superior Court of Justice regarding having filed the appeal.
Once I have a response, should it be accepted, then I will serve it, to all parties (including the CCB) and file/serve a Certificate Respecting Evidence as well.
If for some reason there is interference from The Royal, Canada, or Babylon, I will just have to wait six months til the next CCB Form A hearing, while I focus on the Form D and Form 16 appeals already before the SCJ (which may go to the Honourable and Respectable Court of Appeals and even the Honourable and Respectable Supreme Court of Canada).
