New Hearing Date for Form A: August 18, 2025 @12:00 + Notice of Appeal Form Viewer-Only Link
Hi all,
Should the CCB decide that my religious freedoms, guaranteed by the Charter, were not infringed upon on August 18th, 2025 @12:00 I am preparing this notice of appeal to be filed and submitted to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Please keep in mind I am an ongoing no-touch torture survivor, satanic ritual abuse survivor, and gang-stalking victim, and that psychotropics (pharmakeia) are still in my system.

I have a thirty minute consultation with the lawyer Mr. Robert Harbic, who will assist me in ensuring it is properly structured and filed out, hopefully via video conference at our appointment which is scheduled for today.
Then after the hearing, should the CCB rule against me, I will hire him for $130 (for an hour of his time), thanks to the discounted rate I have access to due to JusticeNet, to double check the document and then both file and serve it to all parties.
