Officially Representing Myself now for all three Forms (4/33/D)

Hi Mark,

I will be writing the factums for the form 4 and form D appeals myself.

I will represent myself for both appeals to the Superior Court of Justice (SCJ).

Once I receive confirmation from Legal Aid Ontario about their decision regarding both opinion letters you have written them, regardless of their decision I will let them know I that I will take it from there.

I will research how long I have to get my factums in to the SCJ for each form.

To Whom it May Concern at the CCB,

I will be filing the application for a Form A myself (Re: The Form 33).

I hope the hearing will be on the 22nd itself, and if not as soon as possible after.

I will not speak, as the onus rests entirely on the psychiatrists to prove their case, and it rests on a balance of probabilities.

I will appeal the Form A decision to the Superior Court of Justice, should the CCB uphold the Form 33, and remind them during the hearing of my intention to do so.

I will then start working on my factum for the Form 33/Form A appeal to the SCJ.

CCB, please send me all relevant documentation for the entirety of all hearings regarding all three forms (33/4/D) as soon as possible, as I am now representing myself.

To both the CCB and Mark Handelman:

Mark Handelman no longer represents me (he has already submitted both letters, I believe to Legal Aid Ontario) and I will take it from here, and figure out where to get my legal advice (I do already have a file number with Pro Bono Ontario)

CCing Dr. Rogers so she knows that I am now representing myself. (Sorry for the second email, but I figure this is important for you to know).

Parties involved if you would be so kind as to manually confirm and acknowledge receipt of this email, I would really appreciate it.

I hope you all have a lovely weekend.

Regards,

Steven Reynen
