My appeal to the Ontario Court of Appeals is being blocked (POSSIBLY) - CANADA IS LAWLESS - HOW OBVIOUS WILL THEY MAKE IT?

The Ontario Superior Court of Justice commissioned my REQUIRED document shortly after the decision came back, but despite my caution, handed me back the wrong form.
