Praise the LORD for Dr. Tabitha Rogers (My abba, Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit are so very wise)

Dr. Rogers says she won’t let me get my license until after the appeal process, which cripples my ability to function as a member of society. (How is that legal?) She won’t officially tell the government I shouldn’t drive, just stop me from going to Service Ontario
