Regarding Annual Involuntary Hospitalization Mandatory CCB Hearing and my Form 51

Hi all,

I will not be attending the hearing next Friday with the CCB, but there is a gross omission and a gross error in fact in the letter submitted by Ontario shores.I have been physically assaulted, threatened, sexually harassed, emotionally and psychologically abused by both staff and patients at the Royal.

Also tortured by illegal treatments (despite section 43 and section 26 of the HCCA). This is one of the reasons I wanted to go to Ontario Shores, in addition to the fact they are closer to the Ontario Court of Appeals.

Despite this I have never been violent in response and by God’s grace have turned the other cheek.I do not deny I have a mental illness. This is well documented. I even agree some of my symptoms are consistent with the diagnosis of Schizophrenia. Dr. Rogers even admits some of my symptoms are consistent with DID, which is what I believe ONE of my correct diagnosis are.

Per Starson V Swayze I pass the test for mental capacity and am awaiting Dr. Rogers conducting a formal assessment of capacity where she presents all of the relevant information and what she sees as the reasonably foreseeable consequences of me continuing to refuse psychotropics, which are sin.

Please read the book of Daniel in the Holy Bible (the word of God) to see how Dr. Rogers, the Royal, and Canada are behaving worse than the infamous Babylonian king.

I will be making my own constitutional question in addition to these supporting rulings (and others re: the HCCA and Sections 2a, 2b, 7, 12, and 15 of the Charter) and God willing the Supreme Court of Canada will grant me leave for appeal.

I am unsure if Meaghan McMahon will be appointed my amicus again for my appeal to the Court of Appeals so I am including her in this email.

I will not attending this hearing, but should the Courts not block one of my appeals of a decision rendered by the CCB again, I will see Dr. Rogers at theJ again, or at least her counsel, as she insists on not even being present.
