Request: Need a Smartphone for Carleton in the Fall (Please!). Oh, and a belt!

I think I may have found a solution, so I may not need a smartphone to attend Carleton University. It would not hurt to have one regardless, as I have a flip phone already and I may yet require a smartphone for other reasons.

I don't like asking for things like this, but I don't believe I have any other option, since I am a psychiatric prisoner at The Royal.
I require a smartphone for school this fall at Carleton, even if I am studying online from The Royal. This is so that I may access my student email, which requires an 'authenticator app'. (I want to study philosophy so I might ultimately go to law school and become a lawyer.)
I do not require an expensive one, in fact I picked out one that is affordable and is tailored to my needs (it is ePaper), the BOOX Palma 2 (and I would prefer the black model), which retails on their website for $269.99 USD.
The sooner the better so I may best prepare, and alleviate any anticipatory anxiety that is common in those with Williams Syndrome.
If you intend to purchase one for me, please let me know somehow in a verifiable way (forwarded tracking information to my email steven@reynen.ca?) so I may indicate on my website that someone has already generously helped me with this.

When staff confiscated my possessions earlier this month (despite there being no certificate indicating that I am incapable to manage my property on either Form 33, issued by Dr. Bardell and the one issued by Dr. Rogers, and I am self-representing) they also took my belt.
This morning I asked for it to be returned as I am not violent, not suicidal, and even Dr. Rogers indicated on her Form 7 that she agrees with me. My nurse then searched for it and told me she could not find it.
I measured the size of the region I usually wear my belt as 52 inches. I am down over 160 pounds since coming off the Clozapine, but I still have much more to lose, and I am gaining muscle mass, even though currently I am still obese.
If someone could please also mail me a belt I would greatly appreciate it, size 4X. Preferably one of the ones like this so I can continue to use it as I lose the remainder of the weight:
