Small Claims v Dr. Rogers - Seeking $35,000 - Will get Notarized on October 17, 2025 (Day of Public Hearing Re: Advance Directive / Form D Application Appeal)

Dr. Tabitha Rogers said I was delusional to consider myself to be a

Christian. This is religious discrimination, spiritual abuse, emotional abuse, and

psychological abuse. She also at a later date flashed a 666 hand sign in my face, and

later on a different day told me that her current body is her ‘glorified body’.

I am seeking $35,000 rather than seeking more from the Superior Court of

Justice.

The audio recording was made April 9th, 2025 on the Schizophrenia North unit of The

Royal Ottawa Hospital where I am still an involuntary patient.

I want the Canadian Government to officially state that what Doctor Rogers did to me

is WRONG.

Please keep in mind, I am still under her care at The Royal, and am involved in other

legal disputes with her. I feel unsafe at The Royal, and it is interfering with my ability

to properly self-represent and get a fair trial which is a constitutional right.
