Struggle to get appropriate medical supplies and treatment at The Royal (an e-mail)

Hi (name),

My nurse (name) told me that she couldn't provide me with the supplies I would need to clean the wound myself at approximately 11AM. She said Dr. Shaw wasn't in on Fridays and that I would have to wait til after lunch to go to the courtyard with the orderlies. I told her I would like the wound cleaned for reasons I explained on my website at:https://reynen.ca/another-day-another-e-mail/ and in a previous email to you.

I hope she can get a male nurse to properly sterilize and bandage the wound as soon as possible, so I don't have to expose my penis and scrotum to female nurses if it can be helped.

Until it is properly dealt with I run this risk of infection. I don't want that to happen, so sooner is better.

Please help with this situation.
