The Ottawa Hospital has acknowledged they have received my request, but require photo ID for me to access it. (Hopefully Dr. Rogers lets me go to Service Ontario soon, because then I must still wait for it to show up in

Legal Aid Ontario is investigating the circumstances with the lawyers that they appointed to me, now that I am self-representing, and will get back to me with information on how I am to proceed with my three appeals, and where I am exactly with each of them, by Monday July
