(If NO) Can I have privileges to go to the Schizophrenia North courtyard by myself (it is enclosed and has a security camera) (If NO, why?)

Can I get an orderly to take me to Service Ontario? I need to replace my driver's license, because my wallet was stolen on a locked unit and never recovered. (If NO, why?)

Can I get an orderly to take me (the same day preferably? they are a minute walk apart) to the optometrist? They need me to go back to try on the frames, now that ODSP has received the prescription I sent them, before they can put the order in. (If NO, why?)

The doctors and pharmacist can take their time answering these questions formally, in writing.
