The CCB Dismisses my Leave ('Foreshadowing' Canada BLOCKING my ongoing Form D/E Appeal at any point?) of a Form A Application (Official Response Included)
I acknowledge they are not obligated to do so, at least legally in accordance with present law despite clear failures morally, but I feel that is indeed a material change in circumstances (one simply has to check the previous transcripts/oral evidence/and orders, even if they contain numerous errors in fact and law).
In the form there is also a limited space in which I can grant an explanation, and they didn't even grant me the opportunity to address their concerns. They simply are not interested in having open, honest. clear, logical, and direct communication with me.
What is the Canadian Government trying to conceal?
Not only that, but my previous Form A appeal was blocked by the Courts themselves.
I am presently mentally capable. And unless something changes, I must wait until February 28, 2026 to apply to The Board (A Kangaroo Court - I will elaborate on this at a later date) to "prove it" in a fashion in accordance with binding Supreme Court of Canada Case Law.
Even then, they may go as far as to "rule against" it, and then once again block my appeal.
It doesn't take long after a nation forgets about my Abba, Christ Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, that they abandon the rule of law.
Canada has forgot God.
Canada has abandoned the rule of law.
Flee Canada as it deteriorates into a totalitarian police state (Bills C-2, C-8, C-9 - ask around as to their foreseeable implications for ALL Canadian Citizens!)
How long will it be before Canada is imprisoning my brothers and sisters for even speaking about concepts supported by sound biblical doctrine, and invading their privacy with unprecedented access to their personal property and communication, and branding it as HATRED. God forbid anyone acknowledges that God exists, or even speaks about something inconsistent with what the Government says is the truth. I am ready to die for this. As are all my brothers and sisters in Christ.
We are not even close to the Anti-Christ's Kingdom yet, so much must still transpire. What are you even doing, Canada?
As it stands Canada is continuing support Dr. Rogers in declaring that
1) It is DELUSIONAL to believe you have a standard relationship with God (applicable to ALL Christians)
2) It is DELUSIONAL to believe GOD ALMIGHTY, the makers of the Heaven and the Earth (That the Canadian Government answers to whether they acknowledge it or not - it is even in the first line of their HIGHEST LAW) speaks to his Children, Servants, Friends, and Temples through his Holy Word (The Bible).
Canada I weep for you daily - What have you done?
When will you correct your behaviour?
Other nations, please do not follow Canada's example - do not make the same mistake they have (Psalm 9).
You answer to God, and every action and corresponding inaction have eternal consequences. Romans 13.
Look through history to see what happens to nations when they progress to this point.
Other nations that may be aware of these circumstances, I am begging you for your sake, and for the sake of your citizens, human beings made in God's image, do NOT follow in Canada's footsteps.
My Abba, Christ Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are so wise, they can make an example out Canada, and other nations that behave in a similar fashion, to serve as a warnings to others.
