Update: Got a request to my covering in-patient Doctor (Dr. Labelle) put in my chart
I don't like that I have to do this, but I am documenting.
It is recommended for anyone going through gaslighting or other emotional and psychological abuse, be it from a loved one, a neighbour, or someone in position of authority over you. And even though I have given up my legal rights and can choose when to excise them, it is also advised by the Human Rights Legal Services Centre to document the ongoing discrimination.
My nurse made a copy of a written request to my covering in-patient doctor, Dr. Labelle and said she was going to put it in my chart. Thankful for this.
This doesn't mean it actually ends up in my chart. Sometimes I give them documentation (and I have done this many times, even at The Civic), and since I don't see with my own eyes where it goes, or how it is stored or secured, I cannot know with 100% certainty whether it actually ends up where I have asked.
They say they can't put it in my digital chart, only my physical one, which for all I know could be a garbage can. I don't want to sound jaded or paranoid, butmy trust has just been so fundamentally betrayed it would be foolish to trust them. Keep in mind the staff are all complicit in walking me to suicide and I am daily reminder of what is being done to me by Dr. Rogers and supported by the Canadian Government.
Only after discharge will I be allowed access to see what is in my chart.
Here is the request:
Dr. Labelle,
I'd like an orderly to take me to Service Ontario.
I need to replace my driver's license, since my wallet was stolen.
Please arrange this as soon as possible.
