Update: Self-representation while on a Form 33

Hi,

I thought all parties receiving this may find this interesting.
(Lawyer I found on JusticeNet), during our initial consult tomorrow I would like to speak about this, please. I am hoping the unit will return my webcam before our appointment at 11:00.

Please, see this case:
https://www.canlii.org/en/on/onsc/doc/2018/2018onsc7415/2018onsc7415.html?resultId=baeed1969bc64b67a81b8cde1ed4106a&searchId=2025-06-30T13:26:15:599/906fb536d14f4daca91ec72561b06fb2

This case gives me hope, although I could be mistaken, that I could represent myself at the Superior Court of Justice and beyond, even if I am on a form 33 (declared mentally incapable).

I might take this route once the appeals are in for the forms 4, 33, and D to the Superior Court of Justice.

Mark (my lawyer for the Form D) is writing a positive opinion letter for the Form D appeal and will be submitting it on Wednesday. I have a certificate now for a Form A application with the CCB about the Form 33. I will apply for it on, or soon after, July 22nd.

Unsure exactly where I am with contesting the Form 4. Hopefully Mark will give me a status update soon. It is possible he has explained exactly where we are with this, but I can't recall exactly where we are in the process, other than I am currently still appealing it.

Thank you all for your time.
I hope you have a lovely day.

Regards,

Steven Reynen

R.C. v. Klukach

Can I represent myself once I get to the Superior Court of Justice even while on a Form 33, Form 4, and there has been a Form D.
