I stopped the appeal yesterday, but I was treated on MARCH 11, 2025 @TheRoyalMHC before the Form D & Form E application.
There is no STATUE OF LIMITATIONS on AGGRAVATED ASSAULT.
ALSO ASSAULTED at The Civic.
I still intend to PRESS CHARGES against Dr. Bardell (who didn't show up for a hearing she was summoned to with the CCB) and at least one Doctor here at The Royal for AGGRAVATED ASSAULT!

I will record her initials, the time, the dose, the drug, and then make a post including all the warnings and side effects of that PHARMAKEIA and include some excerpts from reasons for decision (FORM A Hearings with the CCB) as well as the YouTube Recording with Dr. Tabitha Rogers.
I will take the pill rather than the needle (in this double-bind scenario) due to the pill doing LESS damage than the needle would, IF AND ONLY IF, I am forced to submit to psychotropics (PHARMAKEIA) ever again (including today) - NO SUICIDE!

Proving aggravated assault under s. 268 should include:
- ☐identity of accused as culprit
- ☐date and time of the incident
- ☐jurisdiction (incl. region and province)
- ☐that an assault occurred (e.g. intentional application of force with no consent)
- ☐injuries sustained
- the injuries amounted to the victim being:
- ☐wounded,
- ☐maimed,
- ☐disfigured, or
- ☐had life endangered
- ☐a reasonable person would expect that bodily harm could result
- ☐that there was no provocation
