Had to refile my rejected Notice of Appeal (I forgot to include the year in the date of the hearing and it was rejected today)
My first notice of appeal was rejected. I just filed it again with the only indicated fault fixed and I updated the date on one of the pages. Lets hope it shows up at the Honourable and Respectable SCJ.

I had to refile my notice of appeal today for 25-2460 SR.
Here is the updated one, filed with Justice Services just now.
It includes the year for the hearing date (January 13, 2026), and I updated the date to September 3, 2025. The one thing they said was wrong with it.

Calling the court now.
Hopefully my email and my phone call go through.

Hopefully my internet, email, and phone are working well enough that everything went through.
Even though it wouldn't be the end of the appeal process, as I already have two appeals before the Honourable and Respectable Ontario Superior Court of Justice, it would still be a major set back. Six months waiting for the next hearing with the CCB til I can appeal it again with a chance to get it before the SCJ.
Let's see what happens next.

Update: September 3, 2025 @ ~ 16:40 - Left a voicemail with the courthouse. Let's see if it actually went through. At least this time around I got a voicemail.
Can't trust the infrastructure at all, makes it very difficult to self represent at all.
